The final week before departure is a poor time to begin a large grammar unit. Prepare a short offline page that works when you are tired, disconnected or unsure whom to ask.
Put facts at the top
Write your German address, postcode, temporary accommodation contact and destination station exactly. Add your name as it appears on official documents. This is reference, not language study, but it reduces avoidable confusion.
Choose phrases with several uses
Ich bin gerade erst angekommen explains that you have just arrived. Können Sie mir zeigen, wo … ist? asks someone to show you a location. Ich lerne noch Deutsch sets a modest expectation. Add one phrase for repetition and one for checking a number.
Listen for closing cues
Service exchanges often finish with sonst noch etwas? or das war’s? Practise recognising the rhythm even before every word is clear. A simple das ist alles, danke lets you close the exchange.
Keep the page short enough to scan on a platform. After the first week, mark what you actually used. Those marks are better evidence for your next study plan than a generic travel list.
