All prices include applicable taxes. Payment details are sent only after a time has been agreed; this website does not take payment.
What may change the estimate
Standard rates assume preparation in English and German, ordinary relocation situations and digital materials. We quote separately if you request an in-person group workshop in Frankfurt, extensive review of employer-created language material, or more than two adults in a household session. We will explain the scope before you commit.
What is not included
Official translation, visa preparation, legal interpretation, examination registration and communication with German authorities are outside our service. Where a question crosses that boundary, we will say so and suggest the kind of qualified professional to seek.
Rescheduling and cancellations
You may move an appointment without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes and missed meetings are handled under our refund and cancellation policy. If you are unsure which session fits, send a short note before booking.
