What we collect and why

We receive information you send through our contact form or email: name, email address, preferred date, chosen guidance and message. If you become a client, we may hold scheduling records, invoices, learning notes and materials you voluntarily share. We use these data to answer enquiries, arrange and deliver sessions, keep financial records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Our grounds are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal duties and legitimate interests in safe administration.

Please do not send passport numbers, health records or other sensitive data through the form. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and recipients

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after twelve months. Client learning and contract records are normally kept for three years after the final session; invoices may be retained longer where tax law requires. Hosting, email, accounting and video-call providers may process limited data under contractual safeguards. We disclose information when law requires it.

International transfers

Clients and service providers may be located outside Thailand or the European Economic Area. Where personal data cross borders, we use an available lawful mechanism such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, contractual confidentiality and proportionate security measures.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful use. You may also complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Security and cookies

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Our cookie notice explains browser storage and choice. This notice may be updated when our practices or obligations change; the effective date will show the current version.
