Refunds, cancellations and changes

Cancelling before a session

Cancel in writing at least 24 hours before the agreed start for a full refund of the session fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may retain 50% to cover reserved preparation time. A no-show or cancellation after the start is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

One change requested at least 24 hours ahead is free and must be used within eight weeks. Later changes may be treated as a late cancellation. If illness or a serious travel disruption prevents attendance, contact us promptly; we consider reasonable exceptions individually.

Work already started

For a Language & Landing Plan, any separately agreed deposit becomes non-refundable once we have reviewed your submitted assessment and begun the written map. If you cancel after preparation begins but before the meeting, we deduct the fair value of completed work and refund the remainder. Delivered consultations, completed phrase sheets and audio recaps are not refundable merely because circumstances or a relocation date change.

We normally use digital learning materials. If you specifically approve purchased third-party material for a workshop, its unrecoverable cost is deducted from any refund. No such cost is incurred without prior agreement.

Packages and provider cancellations

Unused sessions in a three-session coaching arrangement may be refunded after deducting completed sessions at their single-session rate. If Engine Framecore cancels and cannot offer a suitable replacement, you receive a full refund for the affected session. A session materially interrupted by our technical failure will be repeated or refunded proportionately.

Requesting a refund

Email info@engine-framecore.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Request eligible refunds within 14 days of cancellation. We confirm the decision within five working days and issue approved sums within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank processing can add time.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Outcomes by visa offices, landlords, employers, schools or examinations are outside our control and do not alone create refund eligibility.
