Acceptance and scope

By using this site or confirming an appointment with Engine Framecore, you accept these terms. Our services are language education and practical relocation orientation. They are not legal, immigration, tax, medical or certified translation services. A booking becomes binding when we confirm the time and fee in writing.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and scheduling information, attend on time, and decide whether our educational guidance suits your circumstances. Official requirements change; verify them with the responsible German authority or a qualified adviser. You may use session materials personally but may not resell, publish or teach from them.

Fees, changes and cancellations

Fees and included work are described on the Rates page or in a written estimate. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund rights are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site text, original phrase sheets, audio recaps, lesson structures, graphics and Engine Framecore marks remain ours or our licensors’ property. Your pre-existing documents remain yours. Public-source photographs retain their respective owners’ rights.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care in educational preparation but do not guarantee a CEFR increase, examination result, visa decision, apartment, appointment outcome, employment result or fluency. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or decisions made by authorities or third parties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

Ending service

Either party may end an ongoing arrangement in writing. You remain responsible for properly delivered work and committed third-party costs. We may refuse or stop service for abusive conduct, unlawful requests or a request beyond our competence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will hear unresolved disputes.
